摘  要:目的探讨中药复方制剂增骨丸对维甲酸诱导的大鼠骨质疏松模型的影响。方法将50只8月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为2组:正常组(13只)、骨质疏松组(37只)。模型复制成功后,把骨质疏松组随机分为3组:模型组、乙烯雌酚组、增骨丸组。观察增骨丸对模型大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、骨钙素(BGP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)及尿中钙(U-Ca)、羟脯氨酸(U-HOP)、尿肌酐(U-Cr)的影响。结果增骨丸组与模型组比较,血清E2、BGP、AKP显著升高(P<0.05);TRAP、U-Ca、U-HOP含量及U-Ca/U-Cr、U-HOP/U-Cr值明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论增骨丸对骨质疏松有良好的治疗作用,其机理可能是一定程度地提高了体内的雌激素水平,抑制骨的吸收,促进骨的形成。Objective TO investigate the effects of Zenggu Pills(ZGP) on osteoporotic rat models induced by retinoic acid. Methods 50 SD female rats of eight months old were randomly divided into normal group and osteoporotic group. After the osteoporotic models were successfully established,we divided them into model group, diethylstilbestrol(DES) group and ZGP group. Then observed the effects of ZGP on E2, BGP, AKP, TRAP,Ca,P in serum and U-Ca,U-HOP,U-Cr. Results Compared with the model group rats,ZGP increased obviously the contents of E2, BGP and AKP (P 〈 0. 05), and the contents of TRAP, U-Ca, U-HOP and U-Ca/U-Cr, U-HOP/U-Cr were decreased obviously (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Through the experiment we found that ZGP had fine therapeutic effects on osteoporosis. Its mechanisms could be related to increasing the levels of E2,restraining the bone resorption and influencing the bone formation.
