不同条件下苏木素与水解胶原蛋白作用研究

摘　　要：苏木素是天然植物苏木的提取物,常被用作染料使用。为了使苏木染料能够应用在皮革上,本文通过对苏木素染料性质的研究及用水解胶原蛋白作模拟物,运用紫外分光光度法和荧光光谱法研究水解胶原蛋白与金属离子改性后再与苏木素染料作用,以了解其作用信息。研究表明:同种金属离子在不同pH条件下与苏木素染料的作用能力不同。苏木素染料在酸性范围内变化较小,在碱性范围内变化较大。不同金属离子对苏木素络合能力存在差异。它们改性后的水解胶原蛋白与苏木素作用的荧光猝灭不同。Hematoxylin is a naturally occurring chemical used as the basis of a dye stuff. The hydrolyzed collagen is the main composition which constitutes leather. In order to use the hematoxylin in leather dying, the hydrolyzed collagen was used as simulacrum,and the hematoxylin reacting with hydrolyzed collagen modified by metal ions was investigated by the UV and fluorescence spectroscopy, the results showed that in different pH the same metal ion had different react ability with hematoxylin, the hematoxylin had small change in acidity range and great change in alkalescence rang. The complexion characteristics of different metal ions with hematoxylin was different.
