摘　　要：设x=(x_1,…,x_n)(x_1,…,x_n不全相等)是来自某总体容量为n的简单样本。本文证明了样本峰度k_n(x)的最大值为n-2+1/(n-1)。该结论支持了作者关于峰度统计意义的观点:峰度是衡量总体数据离群度的特征量。Setx=（x1,…, xn）, x1,…, xn not all equal, is a simple random sample of size n from certain population. In this paper, it ispresented that the maximum of sample kurtosis maxx kn（x）is n-2n＋1/n-1. This result supports the author＇s viewpoint about kurtosis statistical meanings： kurtosis is a kind of measure of population data＇s degree of outlier.
