摘  要:报道将BAS(生物素-亲和素系统)引入双位点夹心IRMA(免疫放射分析法),建立了人血清TSH(促甲状腺激素)固相试管双位点夹心BAS-IRMA。该法批内CV为1.4%—8.3%,批间CV为6.1%—8.4%,最小检出量为0.04mIU/L,平均回收率为100.16%,灵敏度约是同条件下IRMA的3倍;与IRMA对比测定20份病人血清TSH样品,经统计学处理,两者测定结果呈良好相关性。This paper reports the establishment of solid-phase two-antibody sandwich immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) for human thyroid stimulating hormone (hTSH), using the biotin-avidin system (BAS) separation technique. The intraassay CV of the assay is 1.4%—8.3%, the interaassay CV is 6.1%—8.4%, the sensitivity is 0.04mIU/L in serum and the average recovery rate 100.16%. The solid-phase tubes BAS-IRMA has being used to measure 20 serum samples and the results are compared with IRMA. There was a good linear correlation between the results of this method and that of the common IRMA method by statistical analysis. The sensitivity of the former is a little bit better than the common IRMA established under the same condition.
