经患肢足背静脉注射尿激酶并踝部加压治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨尿激酶患肢踝部加压用药治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效及其护理。方法38例经下肢深静脉造影确诊的深静脉血栓形成的住院病人,分别经足背静脉并患肢踝部加压(治疗组)和经手背静脉(对照组)给予尿激酶的方法,观察两组用药前后的症状、体征、大小腿周径及临床疗效的影响。结果治疗组的总体疗效、临床治愈率优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患肢注射时无不适反应。结论尿激酶患肢加压用药治疗深静脉血栓形成效果好,治疗时患肢加压处无疼痛,护理操作简单,易掌握。Objective To study the treatment and nursing of patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis by using urokirmse, Methods Thirty-eight inpatients with deep vein thrombosis diagnosed by vein angiography were divided into two groups. Urokinase was used through doral venous of hand in the control group, In the experimental group, urokinase was used through doral venous of foot combined with ankle press, The effect of treatment in each group was observed, Results The effect of treatment in experimental group is better than control group, and the patients had no discomfort in the experimental group. Conclusions Urokinase intravenous through doral venous of foot combined with ankle press is a good way to treat deep vein thrombosis.
