摘　　要：根据陕甘宁边区高等法院档案、当事人日记、文集、边区报纸、政府文件等原始材料,从政治和法律相结合的视角观察陕甘宁边区的司法制度,可以看到一个非常鲜明的特点——民众对司法审判活动的全面而深度的参与。陕甘宁边区大众化司法的尝试有着十分重要的意义,同时也提供了经验和教训,其形成原因亦极为复杂,值得深入研究。According to the first - hand materials such as files of the high court of the Zone SHANGANNIN, the diaries of the parties, collections, newspapers and governmental documents, we can make a research of the judicial system in that zone from the combined point of view of politics and law. As a result of such research, we can conclude that the wide and thorough public participation is a distinctive character of that system. The institutional attempt of guaranteeing public participation in judicial process in the Zone SHANGANNIN, although having been formed in the very complicated social context, itself is of great significance, and also gives us much rare lessons and experience and it is worth a deep research.
