摘　　要：新中国成立前后,朱德作为中国共产党第一代领导集体的重要成员对国防现代化建设提出了许多重要的见解和主张。他极其关心并积极主张加强中国人民解放军的现代化、正规化建设,及时提出了一系列建设现代化国防的方针和原则,对陆、海、空和装甲兵、炮兵等诸军兵种的建设和发展、对军事院校工作和培养现代化军事人才等工作倾注了大量心血。朱德关于国防现代化建设的思想及实践,对于当前加速国防现代化建设具有重要的指导意义。As one of the important members of the first generation of collective leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Zhu De put forward many important ideas and propositions on the modernization of national defense around the founding of New China.He concerned himself very much with and actively stood for the modernization and regularization building of the Chinese People's Liberation Army,advanced in time a series of policies and principles for building modern national defense and threw his energy into the construction and development of the three armed services of army,navy,air force and the armored force,artillery and other arms of the army,the work of military colleges and schools,and the training of modern military personnel.Zhu De's ideas and practice for the modernization of national defense are still of great guiding significance for accelerating the construction of national defense modernization.
