摘  要:目的 测定子痫前期(preeclampsia,PE)孕妇血中脂联素及氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)的变化并探讨其意义。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法测定子痫前期重度(severepreeclamp—sia,SPE)组、子痫前期轻度(mildpreeclampsia,MPE)组及对照组血清脂联素及氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxidant low—density lipoproteins,oxLDL)水平,并与其它临床指标进行相关分析。结果 (1)三组孕妇血清脂联素虽未见显著差异(P〉0.05),但对照组[(3.55±0.20)μg/dl]、SPE组[(3.01±0.31)μg/dl]、MPE组[(2.56±0.50)μg/dl]呈依次下降趋势。(2)三组孕妇oxLDL比较,SPE组[(36.12±2.37)μg/dl]和MPE组[(49.35±4.22)μg/dl]升高,与对照组[(31.71±3.51)μg/dl]比较均有统计学意义(P〈0.01,〈0.05);但SPE组与MPE组之间无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。(3)SPE组血清脂联素与收缩压、舒张压呈负相关(r=0.49,P〈0.01;r=-0.42,P〈0.05),而血清oxLDL与收缩压、舒张压呈正相关(r=0.51,P〈0.01;r=0.47,P〈0.05)。三组孕妇血清脂联素与oxLDL均无相关性(P〉0.05)。三组孕妇血清脂联素和oxLDL与血脂其它指标及空腹血糖亦无相关性(P〉0.05)。结论 本研究提示oxLDL及脂联素可能是PE发病的重要因素。Objective To study the variation and clinical significance of adiponection and oxidant low-density lipoproteins (oxLDL) level in women with preeclampsia (PE). Methods The levels of serum adiponection and oxLDL were measured with ELISA in three different groups: severe pre-eclampsia(SPE), mild preeclampsia ( MPE), and control group. Results ( 1 ) No difference was shown in the serum level of adiponection among the three groups. However, a decreasing trend was found from the control group[(3.55±0.20) μg/dl] to SPE [(3.01±0.31) μg/dl] and MPE [(2.56 ±0.50) μg/dl] group. (2) The oxLDL level was significantly higher in SPE [(36.12±2.37) μg/dl] and MPE [(49.35±4.22) μg/dl] group compared with the control group [(31.71±3.51) μg/dl, P〈0.01and 〈0.05], respectively. But no difference was found between the SPE and MPE groups (P〉0.05). (3) Negative correlation was shown between the adiponection level and the blood pressure (r= -0.49 ,P〈0.01 ;r= -0.42 ,P〈0.05). However, positive correlation was detected between the serum level of oxLDL and blood pressure (r=0.51,P〈0.01;r=0.47,P〈0.05), but not with the adiponection level among the three groups (P〉0.05). Also, no correlation was found between the levels of adiponectin and oxLDL and any other blood lipid markers and fasting blood glucose levels of the three groups (P〉0.05). Conclusions oxLDL and adiponection might be important factors for the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
