摘  要:汽车工业的迅猛发展对相关发动机技术人员提出了更高的要求,而现在的汽车发动机培训方式很难满足实际需要。介绍了一种为了满足现代汽车技术实习培训教学的要求而设计开发的汽车发动机实时仿真培训器。文中介绍了汽车发动机实时仿真培训器的系统构成和发动机实时仿真及故障模拟电子单元(REFEU),其中,重点介绍了进气歧管负压和发动机转速的仿真以及故障模拟的实现。该仿真器能够动态再现发动机的工作过程及相关信号的变化规律,并且培训教师能根据教学需要设置实际发动机运行过程中碰到的各类故障。目前,该仿真器已经投入实际应用中,并取得了良好的教学效果。The technicians must have high skill along with the fast development of the auto industry, but the current training methods of the auto engines can ' t satisfy the actual need. This paper introduces a real - time engine emulation trainer which is designed for modern automotive technique training. In this paper, the system structure of the real - time engine emulation trainer is described in detail. The real - time engine emulation and fault emulation electronic unit (REFEU) is also introduced. This paper focuses on the real - time simulation of manifold pressure and engine speed, as well as the implementation of fault emulation. This trainer can reproduce the work process of the engine and the change rules of correlative signals. At the same time, the teacher can set all kinds of faults of the engine. At present, the real -time emulation trainer is used with good performance.
