摘　　要：目的近年来关于血管性痴呆(Vascular dementia,VD)动物模型主要有大脑中动脉梗塞(MCAO)、多发性脑梗塞、四血管阻断、双侧颈总动脉结扎、脑缺血再灌注等,相关检测指标多集中于中药对VD模型大、小鼠行为学、脑组织形态学、神经生化、脑神经细胞凋亡、脑血液流变等指标的影响。Objective The animal model of Vascular Dementia（VD） are made mainly by the following blocking the middle cerebral artery, multi-infarction, blocking the 4 blood vessels,ligating bilateral carotids,ischemia-reperfu- sion in recent ears. The observation is focused on the effect of TCM on behavior, cerebral histomorphology, nerve and biochemical and cerebral blood flow of the VD models of mice and rats.
