摘　　要：介绍了集摄像、自动聚焦、显示多项技术为一体的视频监视系统,能够通过对云台镜头的控制来实现多角度视频监视,详细阐述了系统组成结构和工作原理。探讨Visual C++6.0在事件通信编程方面的应用,并就实现PC机与解码器串行通信进行详细阐述,开发出了一套适用于视频监视系统的设计软件。其系统结构简单、成本低、功能强,安装调试简单、使用方便。This paper introduces the video system which integrates the video, the automatic focus and the display, the video system has many points of view by the control of platform - lens,and discusses the basic frame and operating principle of the system in detail. This paper introduces the design of software for the event communication using Visual C＋＋ 6.0, and describes the realization of the serial communication between PC and the decoder,develops a application program for designing the video system. The system has simple frame,low cost, better function, and the system is installed, debuged simply and used conveniently.
