摘　　要：工程项目管理不仅需要管理人员不断提高自身素质而且需要科学的手段和方法;通过对决策树算法的VB编程,实现工程项目的优化管理决策,使用此种软件,可以方便地为工程项目管理者在制定项目控制目标时,按照项目建设的内在规律对项目建设的全过程进行有效地计划、组织、协调和控制。最终达到科学管理工程项目的目的。Construction project management not only needs the managers prove their own ability, but also needs use the scientific methods and ways. This artiele introduces the programming of VB with Decision Tree Algorithm to achieve optimize calculation system in proiect management, When construction project managers decide the project control goal,with the use of this software, they can plan, organize, coordinate and control the project according to its internal regular pattern efficiently. Finally, we can manage an project scientifically.
