摘　　要：河西化工厂将铸铁排管酸冷却器改用带阳极保护的管壳式酸冷却器后，简化了工艺流程，大大改善了操作环境，减少了冷却水的损失和用量，节省了设备维修费并能回收热能。系统生产作业率提高了１６５％，每月多产硫酸１９００ｔ，平均每年可增加利润１１７万元。Abstract The substitution of anodically protected shell-and-tube acid coolers for conventional cast cascade coolers in a sulphuric acid plant provided a simple process arrangement,improved operational environment and saving of cooling water and maintenance cost,while the waste heat was recovered. The onstream time was increased by 16 5%,corresponding to an increase of 63t/d sulphuric acid output and 1 17 million yuan /a profits.
