摘  要:以花椰菜小孢子球型胚胎为供试材料,进行提高球型胚胎植株再生率研究。结果表明:球型胚胎成活率与胚胎的日龄、培养基的水分状况和添加活性炭有关。20 d的球型胚胎转移到MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L+琼脂7 g/L+活性炭100 mg/L时,胚胎成活并形成愈伤组织的频率最高。激素组合6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L最适宜花椰菜胚胎愈伤组织分化出再生植株,分化率达到100%,平均每块愈伤组织胚芽分化数量达到6.52个。The frequency of plant regeneration of cauliflower globular embryoids was studied in the paper. The results showed that the highest survival rate and callus formation rate came from the 20d globular embryoids that were transferred to MS added with 1.0mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+7 g/L agar+100 mg/L activated carbon, and embryoids can formed callus. The frequency of shoot regeneration from callus of embryoids was 100% when callus was transferred to MS media containing hormone combinations of 6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, and 6.52 shoots in average were obtained from calli.
