策勒黑羊血清乳酸脱氢酶同工酶与产羔数的相关研究

摘　　要：利用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,测定策勒黑羊(单羔、多羔成年母羊各60只)血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶的多态性。测定发现,血清淀粉酶均表现为单态,LDH同工酶出现多态性。LDH同工酶共有5种基因型,经过生物图像处理系统扫描定量分析,得出其基因频率和杂合度,其百分含量的排列顺序为:LDH1>LDH3>LDH2>LDH5>LDH4;多羔成年母羊组与单羔成年母羊组2种LDH的基因型频率有显著差异(P<0.05),富含有LDH4和LDHy基因型的策勒黑成年母羊具有较高的多羔性能。The grown-up ewes of Qira black sheep （60 single lamb strain and 60 twin or more lamb strains） were selected to study the polymorphism of isoenzyme of serums lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） using the method of discontinuous PAGE. The results showed that no polymorphism was found in serum amylases （Amy）, but the serum LDH isozyme presented polymorphism, involving 5 kinds of genotypes. Based on the scanning quantitative analysis of biological image processing system, their gene frequency and heterozygosity were determined： LDH1 LDH3〉LDH2〉LDH5〉LDH4. There was significant difference of gene frequency between the single lamb strains and twin or more lamb strains （P〈0.05）. The Qira black sheeps with genotype LDH4 and LDHy gene had high prolificacy.
