摘 要:目的利用细胞培养技术评价空气触媒抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)效果。方法采用Hela细胞病变抑制法,观察空气触媒对RSV所致细胞病变的抑制作用,并以0.2%过氧乙酸作为对照。结果在细胞毒性试验中,空气触媒对Hela细胞无可观察到的毒性,而0.2%过氧乙酸则需要稀释200倍以上;在抗病毒试验中,空气触媒在稀释2~4倍时,可明显抑制RSV对Hela细胞所致的细胞病变,类似于0.2%过氧乙酸在300~400倍时的抗RSV效果。结论空气触媒可明显抑制由RSV所致的Hela细胞病变。Objective To evaluate the antiviral effect of aircatalyst cell culture technique. Methods Assay of cytopathic effect (CPE) in Hela cells infected by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) was employed to determine the effect of air catalyst on anti - virus. In the meantime, 0.2% peroxyacetic acid was as a positive control. Results Aircatalyst did not show any cytotoxicity and 0.2 % peroxyacetic acid also did not show cytotoxicity at over dilution of 200 times in the Hela cells. Aircatalyst was observed to inhibit CPE of Hela cells infected by RSV at dilution 2 - 4 times in the anti - RSV experiment. It was the same inhibitory effect of CPE in Hela cells as 0.2% peroxyacetic acid at dilution 300 - 400 times. Conclusion Aircatalyst could inhibit the CPE of Hela cells infected by RSV.
