摘 要:承包商风险指标体系是一个多层次、多因素的非独立递阶结构的系统。本文采用灰色关联分析的多层次综合评价方法,解决此种系统内指标的赋权问题。通过福建省建筑工程项目承包商风险调查数据的实证分析,得到铁道项目承包商综合风险高于民用项目承包商综合风险的结果,并对产生这种结果的承包商综合风险构成的3个主因素层风险指标进行了分析比较。Contractor's risk index is a multi-hierarchy system composed of many independent factors, and the hierarchy is not dependent either. By using the multi-hierarchy synthetic evaluation based on the gray relation analysis, this paper solves the weight-giving problem of thus system and by analyzing the data of Fujian construction contractors' risk investigated, it receives that contractors of railway projects have higher synthetic risk than that of civilian projects. In the last part of this paper we analyze and compare the main three factors of these two kinds of contractors which bring on this result.
