摘　　要：研究了改进的新型过滤网结构,可提高过滤网的使用寿命,延长换网时间,降低原材料损耗,避免了因过滤网破损造成的质量事故,从而提高了挤出机的运行率和产品质量。Conventional screen pack for plastic extrusion generally are composed of rough, fine and supporting screens. A new screen pack was developed, which differed from conventional screen pack in structure. The new screen pack possessed good durability in extrusion moulding, it could extend screen chang life , reduce raw material loss, and avoid screen pack damage. Therefore, using the new screen pack, we were able to increase operating rate of extruder and improve quality of extrusion product.
