摘　　要：本文介绍６００、７００、１０００、１２００均温型甲醇合成塔内件在各厂的实际使用情况。实践证明，该内件技术先进，为提高我国甲醇合成技术创造了条件。同时，介绍了ＪＬ冷管型氨合成塔内件和等压合成综合新技术。采用该新技术，不仅可提高甲醇产量和催化剂利用率，而且可稳定氨合成操作。This article describes the actual use of 600,700,1000 and 1200 homothermal methanol converter internals in various plants. Practice proves that the technology for such internals is advanced and creates conditions for improving the methanol synthesis technology in China. It also presents the new combined technology of JL cold tube type ammonia converter internals and isobaric synthesis. The adoption of this new technology not only increases methanol output and catalyst utilization ratio, but, also stabilizes ammonia synthesis operation and increases the net ammonia value.
