摘　　要：以湍流控制器加单坝结构的FTSC中间包为原型,采用气-液-固三相流数值模拟手段,研究了气幕挡墙对不同粒径夹杂物的去除情况。结果表明,中间包气幕挡墙能够改善钢液的流动特性,提高夹杂物的去除率,尤其对小颗粒夹杂物,去除效果更明显。Gas - liquid - solid three phase flow of the inclusion removing through gas curtain is researched by numerical simulation in the FTSC tundish, whose structure is turbulence inhibitor adding dam. The results show that the gas curtain changes the flow characteristic and improves the inclusion removal, the removal rate of small inclusion with gas curtain control is higher than that with dam control
