摘　　要：建立了顶空毛细管GC法测定头孢替坦二钠中丙酮、乙酸乙酯2种有机溶剂的残留量。采用DB-5毛细管柱,FID检测器。两种有溶剂均在0.2～250μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r均大于0.9995),平均回收率分别为99.5%、99.7%。A capillary GC method with headspace rejection was established for the determination of residual organic solvents - acetone and ethyl acetate in cefotetan disodium. A HP-1 capillary column was used with FID detector. The calibration curves of two solvents were linear in the concentration range of 0.2 - 250 μg/ml. The average recoveries were 99.5 % and 99.7 %, respectively.
