摘　　要：目的检测接触者抗体水平看鼠疫的传染性。方法用IHA检测1例败血型鼠疫患者和1例腺鼠疫的密切接触者血清抗体。结果共检出3份阳性血清。结论2例鼠疫患者均有早期肺部感染的症状,推测密切接触者血清抗体的出现系由鼠疫感染所致,提示腺鼠疫和败血型鼠疫具有很高的继发肺鼠疫的倾向,在疫情处理过程中应引起足够重视。Objective To examine the contagiosity of plague by antibody lever of close conatcts. Methods Serum antibody of close contacts of one septicemic plague and one bubonic plague patients were detected by IHA. Results Three positive serum were found out. Conclusions Two plague patients have early pulmonary infection. We believed that the serum antibodies come from plague infection and tended to have a higher risk for septicemic plague and bubonic plague developing to pneumonic plague. It suggest that we should attach importance to this case in treting pestilence.
