摘 要:以中国东北黑土为培养基,通过室内盆栽实验,研究了黑土中Cd、Pb、As复合污染对油菜生长的影响及其生物有效性。结果表明,Cd、Pb、As共存时对油菜干重和株高的影响均表现为Cd>Pb>As。土壤中Cd对油菜干重和株高的影响显著,而Pb、As对其影响相对较小。油菜Cd、Pb、As吸收量与土壤中Cd、Pb、As投加量均达到了显著的正相关。土壤Cd、Pb、As复合污染环境中某些浓度组合可能产生了抑制Pb吸收的复合效应。Cd、As在土壤—油菜系统中的生物有效性较高,Cd、Pb、As复合污染在一定程度上促进了油菜对土壤中Pb的吸收。图1,表6,参16。Combined effects and bioavailability of Cadmium, Lead and Arsenic in soil upon Cole (Caulis) were investigated with black soil as medium. The results showed that the order of effect levels of Cd, Pb and As on the dry weight and length of cole was Cd 〉 Pb 〉 As. Cd in soil had significant influence on the dry weight and length, while the influence of Pb and As was not significant. There was significant positive relation between contents of Cd, Pb and As in cole and that in the soil. There was antagonism on the accumulation of Pb in cole at some concentrations. The bioavailability of Cd and As in soil-cole ecosystem was higher, and the combination of Cd, Pb and As had positive effect on the absorption of Pb in the soil.
