摘　　要：弧面分度凸轮的轮廓曲面为空间曲面,其结构比较复杂,要实现机构的设计与制造,必须先利用几何学,建立虚拟样机的三维模型。首先建立弧面分度凸轮机构的坐标系,然后利用齐次坐标变换,推导出弧面分度凸轮的曲面方程,并基于MATLAB软件对凸轮曲面进行数值计算,最后将得到的曲面样条数据导入三维建模软件UG里,建立模型。　The profile of globoidal indexing cam is space curved face,it＇s difficult to design and manufacture the mechanism because of the complicated structure,so it is necessary to set up a three-dimension virtual prototype with the help of geometry analysis.First the coordinate system of the globoidal indexing cam mechanism is built,the surface equation of the globoidal indexing cam is attained through coordinate transformation based on the MATLAB software,then the data files of curved surfaces are transformed to CAD model.At last,the whole mechanism is built by UG software.
