摘  要:为提高步进电机运行的矩频特性,提出改善驱动电源性能的措施。通过分析步进电机运行特性,以单电压、高低(双电)压和调频调压供电驱动线路为例,采用多种改进步进电机驱动电源的措施,改善电流上升的前、后沿,使各相电流在高低频时都能保持额定值,提高了电机运行时的矩频特性。 To enhance torque and frequency characteristic of stepper motor and propose measures for improving meliorating driving power capability,experiments on single voltage,high-low voltage and frequency modulation voltage were carried out.By analyzing its operational characteristics,applying various methods to improve the driving power of stepper motor,improving front and back edge of current rising,thus maintain normal value of different phases in high-frequency and low-frequency so as to improve the motor's torque-frequency characteristics while in operation.
