摘 要:本文采用减压凝固试样密度法在线检测ZL205A合金的致密性,对不同含氢量条件下合金致密性的分析,以及与常压砂型试样针孔度的对比分析,结果表明,对于ZL205A这种结晶温度范围较宽,凝固速度较快的合金,使用减压凝固试样密度法检测合金液的含氢量,可实现在线定量检测,结果可靠,操作方便。测试了不同含氢量条件下金属型试棒的力学性能,进一步验证减压凝固试样密度法的可靠性及准确性。The pressure- reduction solidification sample density method has been Used for test of the compactability of ZL205A alloy on-line.Analysis on compactability of varieties of alloy with different hydrogen content and comparison with pin-hole degree of the sample in sand mold have resulted in that for ZL205A alloy with wide range of crystalizing point and fast solidification rate, the pressure- reduction solidification sample density method for test of hydrogen content in liquid alloy may be realized on-line for quantifying detection with reliable results and convenient operation.The reliability and accuracy of the pressure- reduction solidification sample density method have been verified in test of the mechanical properties of variety of alloy with different hydrogen content.
