摘 要:分析了测功机测量转矩和转速的原理,设计了一套基于单片机240W测功机样机。该测功机的转矩测量采用了能量转化法,转速测量采用测速范围较宽的M/T测速法。所设计的测功机不但提高了测量精度,而且简化了硬件结构,降低了成本。经过试验验证,测试结果与实际相符。The measurement principle of torque and rotational speed has been analyzedand a dynamometer with power of 240 W has been designed. The new method presented to measure torque is the transformation of energy and the method of measuring rotational speed is M/T, which can measure wider speed. This system can not only improve measurement accuracy, but also predigest the hardware constitution to lower cost. By experimental validation, the results are accorded with the practicality.
