摘 要:利用花土和沙土对喜树幼苗分别进行栽培,并观察了不同土质对不同生长时期的喜树幼苗生物量和喜树碱质量分数的变化。研究结果表明:经过花土栽培的喜树幼苗,在生长45d后,其全株生物量显著高于沙土栽培的幼苗;从喜树碱的质量分数和产量看,沙土栽培的喜树幼苗根和茎中喜树碱质量分数均随着栽培时间的增加呈现先下降后上升的趋势,但在喜树幼苗生长的前45d,花土栽培的幼苗根中喜树碱的质量分数和产量却均高于沙土栽培,茎中喜树碱的质量分数和产量则是沙土栽培的高于花土栽培。不论是沙土还是花土栽培,其喜树幼苗叶片喜树碱的质量分数均随着栽培时间的递增呈现先上升后下降再上升的变化趋势;在幼苗生长的前75d,花土栽培的喜树幼苗叶片喜树碱质量分数和产量均高于沙土栽培。可见,花土栽培更适合于喜树幼苗的生长。An experiment was conducted to study the effect of soil quality on biomass and camptothecin concentration of Camptotheca acuminata seedlings cuhivated on loam soil or sandy soil ( loam soil: silver sand = 1: 2) separately at different growth stages (during 15 and 75 days). Result showed that the seedling biomass for loam soil was significantly higher than that for sandy soil after 45-day of cultivation. The camptothecin concentrations in root and stem of seedlings on sandy soil decreased first and then increased with the prolonging of cultivation. The concentration and yield of camptothecin in the roots of the seedlings on loam soil were higher than those on sandy soil during the first 45-day of cultivation, while the concentration and yield of camptothecin in stems of the seedlings on sandy soil were higher than those on loam soil. The camptothecin concentration in leaves of the seedlings on both loam soil and sandy soil increased first, next decreased, and then increased again with the prolonging of cultivation, while during the first 75-day, the concentration and yield of camptothecin in the seedling on loam soil were higher than those on sandy soil. It shows that loam soil is more suitable for the growth of Camptotheca acuminata seedlings.
