摘 要:应用交叉配种方法对人工饲养的北极狐,雌雄不同年龄段种狐的产仔数和成活率等方面进行了比较,以找出选择种狐的最佳年龄。研究结果表明:2龄公狐配种平均每胎最高产仔数为8.2只,2龄母狐平均每胎最高产仔数为8.35只;小于3龄的母狐随年龄增加,仔狐成活率也随之增加,3龄母狐的仔狐平均最高成活率为58.43%;4龄母狐的仔狐平均成活率有较大下降。所以,北极狐选种对母狐而言,以2、3龄为最佳,公狐选种从年龄上尽管不如母狐严格,但也应以2、3龄个体为宜。The litter size and the survival rate of both male and female artificial-breeding Arctic Foxes (Alopex lagopus) of different ages were compared by the technique of cross-hybridization aiming to find out the optimal ages of parental foxes. Result showed that the average litter size per labor of 2-year-old male and female foxes were 8.20 and 8.35, respectively. The survival rate of new-born foxes produced by 1 or 2-year-old female foxes increased with age, the highest average survival rate of the 3-year-old female foxes was 58.43%, and the average survival rate of 4-year-old female foxes decreased significantly. It indicates that 2 or 3-year-old female and male foxes are the best parental foxes although the differences in litter size and survival rate for male parental foxes of different ages are not so distinct compared with female parental foxes.
