便必通与大黄治疗药源性便秘对照观察

摘　　要：将便必通与大黄双盲对照治疗２００例药源性便秘发现，便必通的总疗效显著优于大黄（Ｘ２＝７．２４８．Ｐ＜０．０５）；两药的显效时间分别为９．２３±４．１２与 １２．１１± ５．９６小时，经 ｔ检验有极显著差异（ｔ＝３．９８，Ｐ＜０．０１）便必通在治疗过程中有 １２例出现腹痛，大黄仅 ６例，但经 Ｘ２＝４．４，Ｐ＞０．０５），故便必通治疗药源性便秘优于大黄。Decoction for Relieving Constipation' and rhubarb were arranged to have treated 200 cases of drug-induced constipation in double blind method. The result showed that the curative effect of the decoc- tion was better than that or chubarb (X2 = 7. 248 .P< 0. 05). The lime of productiong effect in both the medicines was 9. 23 ± 4.12 and 12. 11 ± 5. 96 respec- tively; the difference was significant (t = 3. 98,P<0. 01 ). The abdomonache caused by treatment was 12 and 6 but has no significant (X2 = 44,P>0. 05).
