基于GPS的提取操作模型及其应用规范研究

摘　　要：揭示现代产品几何技术规范(geometrical product specification,GPS)中基于提取方案和提取点数的提取操作模型的构成规律;通过分析提取操作与产品功能特征、结构形状特征以及轮廓谐波成分之间的内在规律,给出面向产品几何特征的数字化设计和计量的基础提取规范;并运用实例阐述该规范在工程实践中的实现方法,明确提取规范对于实现产品数字化规范设计与计量、丰富并完善ISO及我国现行GPS标准体系是至关重要的。Indicate the component rule that the model of extraction in geometrical product specification mainly consists of sampling scheme and sampiing point. Then provide basic extraction specification for digital design and metrology of product geometrical characteristic by analyzing the inherent regularity between extraction and product function and structure and harmonic content of profile. And expound the realizing method of this specification in engineering practicability by taking an example. Furthermore, illuminate that this extraction specification is critical in realizing specified digital design and metrology of product and enriching and perfecting standard system of ISO and China.
