德惠市农田防护林建设对策研究

摘　　要：农田防护林是林业生态体系的重要组成部分。在回顾德惠市农田防护林建设历程的基础上,总结农防林建设的经验;针对德惠市农防林经营建设中存在的林木病腐严重、林龄结构不合理、采伐限额少、林权不明晰、管护薄弱等问题,提出调整树种结构,加强病虫害防治;明晰产权,稳定政策;探索林业新机制,放宽采伐限额等对策。Farmland shelter- forest is an important composition in forestry ecological system. Based on reviewing farmland shelter - forest construction , This paper summed - up the expierence in farmland shelter - forest construction and discussed the problems of serious wood rolling, forest age structure in construction not reasonable, small cutting quata, forest right not clear, weak management in operating and constructing the local farmland shelter- forest in Dehui city, put forward corresponding counter- measures.
