摘 要:建立了兔血清中甲基黄酮醇胺的高效薄层荧光扫描检测方法,血清中甲基黄酮醇胺的线性检测范围为0.1~4mg/L,最低检出浓度为0.04mg/L;研究了甲基黄酮醇胺在家兔体内的代谢动力学,甲基黄酮醇胺在家兔体内的代谢动力学符合二室开放模型,分布相半衰期为0.26±0.11h,消除相半衰期为4.09±1.20h。A HPTLC fluorence scanning method of methylflavonolamine in rabbits was developed.The extraction calibration curve of methylflavonolamine in rabbit serum was liner over the range of 0 1 mg/L to 4 mg/L,the limit of detection was 0 04 mg/L.This method was further used in the pharmacokinetic studies on methylflavonolamine in rabbits.A series of pharmacokinetic parameters were obtained.The results show that the kinetics of methylflavonolamine in rabbits fits well to a two compartment open model. T1/2 of distribution phase and elimination phase are 0 26±0 11 h and 4 09±1 20 h.
