摘 要:为了研究噪声暴露后血液流变学、血糖的变化,以及如何预防噪声的这种作用,测定了实验大鼠血液低切粘度、中切粘度、高切粘度、红细胞压积和血糖。结果低切粘度、高切粘度白噪声暴露组显著降低,丹参组无显著变化,中切粘度、红细胞压积暴露组、丹参组、对照组无显著差异,暴露组血糖比另外两组略高,但没有统计学意义。揭示:噪声可引起血液流变学的变化,而丹参对噪声具有拮抗作用,可预防噪声的影响。To probe the noise induced changes of hemorrheology and blood glucose and how to prevent the effects of noise,five parameters of experimental rats were studied.The results showed that,as compared with control group and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae group exposed to noise too,blood viscosity (high and low shear rates)was significantly changed in exposed group.And the same parameters in the Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae group recovered to control level.As for the other parameters such as blood viscosity in medium shear rate,packed red blood cell volume and blood glucose,no changes were found.It suggests that noise can cause changes of hemorrheology,and Radix Salivae Miltiorrhizae has antagomism to and prevention of noise.
