阿霉素与表阿霉素的心脏毒性比较

摘　　要：为比较阿霉素与表阿霉素的心脏毒性，作者选择无心脏病的肝癌患者５５人，随机分为阿霉素治疗组（２５例）和表阿霉素治疗组（３０例），采用Ｓｅｌｄｉｎｇｅｒ法，由肝动脉灌注ＡＤＭ（６０ｍｇ／ｍ２）碘化油混合剂（ＡＤＭ组）和ＥＡＤＭ（６０ｍｇ／ｍ２）碘化油混合剂（ＥＡＤＭ组），每组病人药物累积量均达３６０ｍｇ／ｍ２以上。用彩色多普勒心动图仪和常规心电图进行系列监控，观察治疗前后左室舒张、收缩功能及心律失常、ＳＴＴ变化。结果表明ＡＤＭ的心脏毒性作用明显大于ＥＡＤＭ。cases of hepatocarcinoma patients having not heart disease in anamnesis were divided randomly into two groups for the comparison of cardiotoxicity between Adriamycin and epirubicin. One group (25 cases)was treated by transcatheter hepatic artery infusion(Seldinger method, the other group was also)with ADM(60 mg/m 2)iodized oil mixture, the other group (30 cases)with E ADM(60 mg/m 2)iodized oil mixture.The total dose in both groups amounted to over 360 mg/m 2. All patients were monitored under color Doppler echocardiograph and electrocardiograph for observation and analysis of cardiac function parameters of left ventricle, the incidence of arrhythmia and changes of ST T before and after treatment.The results demonstrate that the cardiotoxicity induced by Adriamycin is significantly higher than that by Epirubicin.
