新型泡沫压裂液用抗温抗盐起泡剂的研制

摘　　要：实验筛选出起泡性能优异的起泡剂XN和SW-12,XN的抗盐性较好,但价格昂贵,SW-12的价格便宜但抗盐性较差。将XN和SW-12复配后,加入到0.45%的瓜胶溶液中,抗盐性接近甚至超过相同表面活性剂浓度的XN,降低了经济成本。XN与SW-12按照4∶1复配后的泡沫压裂液抗盐性最好,抗NaCl和CaCl_2的能力分别可以达到120000和4000mg/L。The foamer XN and SW- 12 with superior capability were selected through experiment. XN is extortionate but has better salt tolerance, SW - 12 is cheap but its salt tolerance is poor. Adding the compound of XN and SW - 12 to the guar gum whose concentration was 0.45% ,the salt tolerance of this system could be close to or better than that of the XN. When the ratio of XN to SW - 12 was 4 ： 1, the salt tolerance of foam fracturing fluid was the best, its salt tolerance ability to NaCl and CaCl2 could attain 120 000 mg/L and 4 000 mg/L respectively.
