摘　　要：目的了解抑郁症、精神分裂症及焦虑症治疗药物的发展趋势。方法对2002—2006年兰州大学第二医院12种抗精神障碍类药物的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)及其排序进行统计分析。结果抗精神障碍类药物用量逐年增长,其中抗抑郁症和抗精神分裂症药物增幅较大,与2002年相比,2006年用药金额分别增长了45.28%和73.14%。结论DDDs排序变化表明,疗效好且副作用小的新型药物将逐渐取代传统药物而占主导地位。Objective To study the developmental tendency of antidepressants, antipsychotics and antianxietics. Methods The consumption sum and defined daily dose system（DDDs） of twelve antipsychotics used in our hospital during the period of 2002-2006 were made the statistical analysis. Results The using of antipsychotics increased year by year and there was a large extent increasing in antidepressant and antipsychotics. Compared with 2002, the consumption sum in 2006 increased by 45.28% and 73.14%. Conclusion The order of DDDs indicated that the new drugs are effective and have slight side effects. Traditional antipsychotics will be substituted gradually by the news.
