摘　　要：土地征用补偿问题是我国土地管理和社会关注的焦点问题之一,也是土地征用制度改革的重点所在。从土地生产功能差异的内涵界定入手,从法律、技术和社会层面对我国土地征用补偿制度进行了简单评价,分析了土地征用补偿制度完善中考虑土地生产功能差异的必要性,并提出了考虑土地的真实价值和征用前后土地的生产功能差异进行土地征用补偿制度完善的建议。Land requisition compensation is a focal problem relevant to land management, and also a keystone of land requisition system innovation. Beginning with the connotation of difference of land production functions, this paper evaluates the current land system of requisition compensation of China, analyzes the necessity of taking into account the difference of land production functions in the improvement of land requisition compensation, and presents some suggestions.
