江门市土地资源可持续利用评价与分析

摘　　要：运用层次分析法和综合指数模型,从资源环境、经济、社会三方面构建适合中等城市土地可持续利用的评价指标体系,共选取31个参考因子,对江门市2004年城市土地可持续利用状况进行了综合评价。结果表明:2004年江门市土地利用处于基本可持续阶段。针对评价结果,对江门市城市土地利用中存在的问题进行分析,提出了促进城市土地可持续利用的几项对策。Sustainable land use is the crux and foundation for the sustainable development of society, economy and ecological environment. Based on an analysis of synthetic system of urban land use, this paper establishes an evaluation index system of sustainable land use for medium-sized city in terms of resource environment, economy and society applying Analytic Hierarchy Process and composite index. Choosing 31 factors of evaluation, the paper conducts a comprehensive appraisal of sustainable urban land use in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, in 2004, and analyzes the problems in urban land use of the city, with the result that land use of Jiangrnen is at a fundamental stage of sustainable use at present.
