摘 要:目的探讨前交叉韧带(ACL)解剖等长重建技术在关节镜下LARS韧带重建前交叉韧带术中应用的可行性及近期疗效。方法用LARS人工韧带对8例前交叉韧带损伤行关节镜下ACL重建术。采用前交叉韧带解剖等长重建技术钻胫骨、股骨骨道,将LARS韧带拉入骨道,韧带游离部分位于关节腔内,拉紧后2枚界面螺钉固定韧带。结果手术时间30~80min,平均56min。术后无滑膜炎、韧带断裂、活动明显受限等并发症。8例均随访2~6个月,平均4个月。根据Lysholm膝关节功能评分,术前评分为22~65分(40.25±17.07)分;术后评分为80~93分(88.75±4.06)分(t=8.083,P<0.01)。结论前交叉韧带解剖等长重建技术在关节镜下LARS韧带重建前交叉韧带术中操作简便,效果可靠,值得推广。Objective To study the feasibility and short-term effects of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) anatomy isometric technique in arthroscopic reconstruction with LARS artificial ligaments. Methods Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction was carried out in 8 patients with ACL injuries by using the LARS artificial ligaments. Bone tunnels of the femur and the tibia were prepared with ACL anatomy isometric technique, The artificial tendon was inserted into the tunnels and fixed with two interface screws after being tightened. Results The operation time ranged from 30 to 80 min (mean 56 min). No postoperative complications such as synovitis and ligament rupture and movement restriction occurred. A follow- up check up was made in the 8 patients for 2 to 6 months (mean 4 months). The Lysholm scores improved from a preoperative score of 22-65 (40.25 ± 17.07) to 80-93 (88.75 ± 4.06) at follow - up (t = 8.083, P〈 0.01 ), Conclusion Anterior cruciate ligament anatomy isometric technique is simple to perform and gives a satisfactory short - term result in arthroscopic reconstruction with LARS artificial ligaments. The stability of the knee joint is obtained immediately after operation and an early rehabilitation exercise is available.
