摘　　要：文章以黄沙坪铅锌矿为例,详细剖析了影响黄沙坪铅锌矿生存与发展的内外因素,提出了适合有色矿山企业实施跨越式发展的战略模式与相应举措,为同类型有色矿山企业提高自身经济效益另辟一条行之有效的蹊径。Taking the Huangshaping Lead - Zinc Mine as an example, this paper analyses detailly the internal and external factors impacting its survival and development, puts up the suitable strategic mode and the corresponding measures for the implementation of development by leaps and bounds in nonferrous mining enterprise. Meanwhile, it designates an effective advance for the same types of nonferrous mining enterprises to enhance their own economics.
