摘 要:目的探讨动态移床造影剂跟踪技术在下肢动脉MRA中的应用及其对血管病变诊断中的应用。方法对17例可疑盆腔及下肢血管病变的患者行3D-CEMRA,并与手术结果相对照,扫描应用care-bolus与三段移床动态扫描相结合。结果17例患者的腹部、盆腔及下肢动脉3D-CEMRA成像均得到满意的效果,血管清晰,病变明确。结论团注追踪3D-CEMRA在腹部、盆腔及下肢血管成像中有重要临床意义,该方法安全、无创、价格适中,基本上可以取代创伤性的血管造影。[Objective] To assess the value of MRA with automatic table movement in showing the vascular tree of lower extremity and diagnosis of the vascular diseases of the lower extremity. [Methods] 17 cases suspected of iliac and low extremity vascular diseases were performed by 3D-CEMRA and proved by operation, which applied care-bolus and three-section moving-bed. [Results] 3D-CEMRA images were of diagnostic quality without ghost for all patients, and arteries in all cases were well demonstrated and diagnosis was definite. [Conclusions] The dynamic 3D-CEMRA technique of abdomen, pelvis and lower extremity arteries can be a good technique, which is proved to be a simple, noninvasive and commercial method in diagnosing blood vessel diseases. 3D-CEMRA can basically substitute angiography, which is an invasive procedure.
