摘  要:目的研究胎盘绒毛细胞增殖和细胞凋亡与早产的关系。方法用免疫组化ABC法和DNA缺口原位末端标记技术(TUNEL法),对20例早产妇女(观察组)和20例足月产妇女(对照组)的胎盘组织进行分析,检测其增殖细胞和凋亡细胞。结果早产胎盘绒毛细胞增殖指数和细胞凋亡指数分别是(31.77±1.92)%和(3.37±1.20)%,正常足月产胎盘绒毛细胞增殖指数和细胞凋亡指数分别是(20.24±1.32)%和(10.64±1.57)%。两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论胎盘绒毛细胞增殖和凋亡在早产中无特殊意义。早产和足月产都是自然分娩而胎盘绒毛细胞增殖和凋亡指数不一致(有差异)。提示分娩发动可能与细胞增殖和凋亡无关。[Objective] To study the relationship between the preterm labor and the cellular proliferation and apeptosis in placentas. [Methods] Placenta was obtained from 20 preterm labor and 20 term labor. Proliferation was detected by inmunohistoehemieal staining (ABC); Apoptosis was detected using DNA in situ terminal deoxynuelotdyl transferas-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate (dUTP)-biotin nick ending labeling (TUNEL). [Results] In preterm labor, the proliferation index (PI) and apoptosis index (AI) were (31.77±1.92) % and (3.37±1.20) %; In term labor, the proliferation index (PI) and apeptosis index (AI) were (20.24±1.32) % and (10.64±1.57)%. The difference between preterm and term was significant respectively (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion] The cellular proliferation and apeptosis in placenta have little meaning to preterm labor. They have same labor in preterm and term, but PI and AI are difference. It means the onset of labor is not related to proliferation and apoptosis.
