摘  要:4PU-30能显著地延缓水稻叶片衰老。根据叶片衰老过程中内源激素含量的变化,可明确减缓水稻叶片衰老期间内源ABA含量的增加和内源ZRs、GAs和IAA含量的减少,使叶片中保持有较低水平的ABA与较高水平的ZRs、GAs和IAA,是4PU-30延缓水稻叶片衰老的主要调控机理。Effects of 4PU-30 [N-pheny[N' - (2-chloro-4-pyridyl ] urea ] onsenescence of rice leaves and contents ofendogenous hormones were investigated. ELISA (enzyme-linked immunesorbent assay) was used to determinethe contents of endogenous hormones.In the experiments with detachedleaves: The top two fully developedleaves were collected during headingand cut into 5 cm segments, then floated on the surfaces of 4PU-30 at concentrations 0. 004, 0. 04, 0. 4 and 4. 0μmol/L respectively and incubated indarkness at 30C. The results showedthat the progress of leaf senescence wasretarded significantly at all concentrations (Fig. 1 ), meanwhile, the increaseof content of endogenous ABA and thedecrease of contents of endogenousZRs, GAs and IAA were all retarded(Figs. 2 ~ 5).In the experiment with attachedleaves, rice plant were sprayed withl 15 ml/m2 4PU-30 (4 μmol/L) solution 10 d after heading, and thensprayed at one week intervals twice.The results showed that senescence ofattached rice leaves was delayed significantly by 4PU-30 (Fig. 1 ), and the increase of the content of endogenousABA and the decreases of the contentSof endogenous ZRs, GAs and IAA wereall slowed down as compare with thecontrol (Figs. 2- 4 ).Therefore, it was proposed thatthe mechanism of action of 4PU-30 indelaying the senescence of rice leaves isthrough the regulation of the change inconcentration of endogenous plant hormones in leaves, 1. e, by delaying theincrease of ABA content and the decreases of ZRs, GAs and IAA contentSin rice leaves.
