摘  要:分析了国内外现有工程车辆换档技术现状,采用插装式电液比例阀加离合器构成了自动换档变速箱控制系统,并对其结构合理性进行了校验和分析。在此基础上提出了工程车辆的模糊智能换档策略。通过仿真模型验证了在典型工况下车辆车速和档位变化情况,从而验证了模型和模糊换档策略的正确性。为解决我国现有其它大、中功率工程车辆行星传动变速箱离合器的电控换档问题探索出了一条新路。The domestic and overseas status and the shortage of electro-controlled gear shift of construction machinery were analyzed. The model for electro-hydraulics proportional gearshift with clutches control system used in the construction vehicles was developed. Based on analyzing the type and the development of shift strategy, the fuzzy shift strategy is presented. In order to examine the simulation modes and fuzzy shift strategy, the vehicle speed and the shift were simulated under typical driving conditions. A new way was presented for solving the electro-controlling problems of planet gearbox clutches of large and middle power construction machinery in our country.
