摘  要:介绍了活塞铸造机的结构和工作原理及主要用途。阐述了活塞铸造机液压系统的设计过程,包括液压缸各部件的设计与计算、液压泵的选择及电动机的确定。该液压系统中的液压元件采用集中配置方式,便于检修和更换方便;同时采用标准液压元件,使液压系统中所有元件均具有通用性、互换性、更换方便。所设计的浇注机结构简单、造价便宜、操作方便。The major function, work principle and application of the piston casting machine were introduced. The design of hydraulic power transmission system of piston casting machine was discussed, including the calculation and design of hydraulic cylinder parts, the choice of the hydraulic pump and the electric motor. All control valves in the designed hydraulic pressure system are installed collectively, it is convenient for maintenance and renewal. Standard parts were choosed, so all components in the designed hydraulic pressure system have interchangeability, the designed casting machine has simple structure and cheap cost, operates conveniently.
