环鸽丘脑听区传入神经投射的研究

摘　　要：应用神经示踪物ＰＨＡＬ（ｐｈａｓｅｏｌｕｓｖｕｌｇａｒｉｓｌｅｕｃｏａｇｇｌｕｔｉｎｉｎ）和ＢＤＡ（ｂｉｏｔｉｎｙｌａｔｅｄｄｅｘｔｒａｎａｍｉｎｅ）对环鸽丘脑听区的传入神经投射进行了研究。结果发现中脑外侧核背部（ＭＬｄ）和丘间核（ＩＣｏ）交界面内缘区（ＩＣＭ）的神经元发出纤维投射至丘脑卵形核（Ｏｖ）周围形成卵形壳（Ｏｖｓｈｅｌ）；尾部Ｏｖ壳和Ｏｖ交界面区域接受前峡核浅区（Ｓｃ）的投射；尾部Ｏｖ壳不但接受ＩＣＭ神经元的传出投射，而且有神经元发出的传出纤维参与了Ｏｖ壳的形成。在卵形核束（ＴＯｖ），中脑外侧网状结构（ＦＬＲ）和外侧丘系背核腹侧部（ＬＬＤｖ）中亦有大量神经元发出神经纤维投射至Ｏｖ尾端，推测它们之中的部分神经元也参与了Ｏｖ壳的形成。The afferent projections of the auditory areas of thalamus in ring dove (Streptopelia risoria) were studied by using anterograde phaseolus vulgaris leucoagglutinin(PHAL) injections, and retrograde and anterograde Biotinylated Dextran Amine (BDA) injections. The results showed that the region surrounding the nucleus ovoidalis (Ov), which we term the Ov shell, received two afferent projections. The first afferent projection was distributed along the interface zone of nucleus mesencephalicus lateralis, pars dorsalis (MLd) and nucleus intercollicularis (ICo), the medial margin of the inferior colliculus (ICM). Another projection was originated from the neurons in the caudal Ov shell, as revealed with PHAL and BDA. Injections of BDA into the interface region between Ov and caudal Ov shell labeled neurons within core nucleus of the preisthmic superficial area (Sc); many labeled neurons were also found in tractus nuclei ovoidalis (TOv), formatio reticularis lateralis mesencephali (FRL) and dorsal nucleus of lateral leminiscus, pars ventralis (LLDv) following the injections of BDA into the caudal Ov shell.
