摘 要:目的:探讨组织芯片技术在乳腺癌相关基因产物检测中的应用价值。方法:采用免疫组织化学PV-9000两步法和组织芯片技术,检测150例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中ER、PR、nm23的表达,并与普通切片免疫组化结果进行比较分析。结果:组织芯片免疫组织化学染色ER、PR、nm23的阳性率分别为31.94%、26.57%、73.61%。普通切片免疫组化染色EP、PR、nm23的阳性率分别为36.81%、29.37%、75.00%。2种免疫组化染色结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:组织芯片技术有良好的科研应用价值和发展前景。Objective: To investigate the value of tissue microarray on the examine of associated genes production in breast carcinoma. Methods: ER, PR , nm23 were detected in 150 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma by tissue microarray and usual section with immuno-histochemistry technology. Results: The positive rate of ER, PR and nm23 by tissue microarray were 31. 94 %, 26.57 %, 73. 61%, respectively. The positive rate of ER, PR and nm23 by usual section were 36.81%, 29. 370%, 75.0%, respectively. The positive rates of ER, PR and nm23 had significant difference between the usual section immunohistochemistry staining and the tissue microarray immunohistochemistry staining (P 〉0.05). Conclusion: The tissue microarray has important practical significance and broad application prospect in scientific study.
