摘 要:H+、OH-均能参与猪脾和马脾铁蛋白铁核组成,迫使它们分别释放铁核中对酸碱不稳定的铁组份。在可见光谱中,猪脾和马脾铁蛋白表现出既相似又可区分的光谱特性,两者铁蛋白释放铁的动力学过程可分为一级快速反应和零级慢速反应,但猪脾铁蛋白释放铁的一级反应速率明显大于马脾铁蛋白释放铁的一级反应的速率,推测这些现象均与各自蛋白的蛋白壳自身调节能力有着密切联系。Hydrogen ion and hydroxide ion are able to join the composition of iron core of pig spleen ferritin and horse spleen ferritin, and make them release the iron component which is unstable in acid or base. In visible spectrum range, both ferritins show resemble as well as distinguishable spectral characteristics. There are two kinetic processes of releasing iron, including a reaction of first order at fast speed and another of zero order at slow speed. However,the rate of iron release in the first order reaction of pig spleen ferritin is much higher than that of horse spleen ferritin. Thesse phenomena are, presumably, closely related to the self regulation ability of their protein shells.
