摘　　要：结合首钢近年来烧结含铁原料结构发生的变化及近年采取的密封技术改造、混合料红外线水分测控系统的投入使用等所打下的设备基础，2006年8月炼铁厂在一烧结作业区4台烧结机上完成了700mm厚料层烧结技术改造，达到了烧结矿产量略有增加、质量提高和燃耗降低的预期目的。Based on the infrastructure change of the ferrous raw material, sealing technology transform and the implementation of infrared moisture measuring and controlling system of mixed material by Shougang in recent years, in August 2006, the technology transform of the sintering technology of the 700mm deep bed of the 4 sintering machines in Nol working area was implemented. The expected aim in increasing the sinter output, improving sinter quality and reducing burning cost are achieved.
